Mohammad Ali Omrani
Mohammad Ali Omrani is a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) currently pursuing a PhD in Physiology and Pharmacology at Western University in London, Ontario. His research focuses on drug safety, effectiveness, and evidence synthesis, with expertise in meta-analyses and network meta-analyses. He has authored over five peer-reviewed publications and is a dedicated researcher in the field of pharmacoepidemiology, committed to generating high-quality evidence to inform clinical and regulatory decision-making.
He is proficient in R programming, which he uses extensively for epidemiological research and advanced evidence synthesis. Additionally, he has developed a growing interest in programming with Python to further support data-driven health research. His work also involves utilizing large pharmacovigilance databases to detect drug safety signals and conduct in-silico drug repurposing.
